All returns and/or exchanges require prior authorization. If you wish to return or exchange your item, please email or contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. All orders require a current and accurate address. Please be sure to include appropriate suite and/or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery. Dennis Mathewson art will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address and/or re-routing fees. Please note: If you have provided your delivery carrier with your signature release, any claims for lost or non-delivered merchandise must be filed with your delivery carrier. Orders delivered within the State of Hawaii will be charged a 4.166% tax with the exception of the island of Oahu where the assessed tax will be 4.712%.
Order Processing Policy
Orders are usually processed within 5-10 business days from the time of receipt. Limited edition print orders can take 2-3 weeks to process and deliver. If any delay or backorders should occur you will be notified my email. Limited edition prints or commission art are created on demand they can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Express Processing will be given to all orders. Please call 1-808-799-8166 with any priority requirements. Standard shipping is with USPS, Tracking number can be provided for FedEx or UPS requested shipments will be emailed to you when your item ships. Please note: Delays may occur during busy holiday seasons. Bulk or large quantities can be shipped via FedEx at FedEx or UPS rates and paid separately.
US Shipping Rates
For US orders we offer USPS First Class or Priority (which ever is most economical on selected items only. Other carriers and/or services can be arranged for an additional charge. UPS or FedEx Ground Service will take 6-8 business days to arrive depending on destination. To expedite your order you may choose to email us for a shipping price.

International orders must email firstname.lastname@example.org their order request. Supply us with the image title size and price along with the international shipping address. We will research and add affordable international shipping fees to the order. Next we will set up a Pay Pal email bill that you can pay with a credit card that will include your products and international shipping charges. Once the PayPal bill is processed and paid your products will be shipped and a tracking number will be emailed to you. We prefer to use only FedEx pr UPS for international shipments to insure safe delivery.

International customers must supply us with Full Name, Street Address, City, Province, Postal Code, County, and Telephone Number. Please note International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees associated with shipping to their country.
