Collector's Giveaway 2024

The Art for Collectors Giveaway 2024, organized by Dennis Mathewson, will start on March 1, 2024, and end at midnight PST on April 10, 2024.
Eligibility:
- To be eligible, participants must be at least 18 years old, signed up at www.dennismathewsonart.com, and have previously purchased Dennis Mathewson’s original artwork with specific markings.
- Qualifying purchases include limited edition prints signed and numbered with certificates, as well as any open edition print, merchandise, or product from Dennis Mathewson Art.
- Purchases must have been made between 2002 and 2024 from official Hawaii, mainland locations, or the Dennis Mathewson Art website.
- Selected prizes will be awarded to individuals who follow, admire, and subscribe to Dennis Mathewson Art.
- Participants can choose to unsubscribe from email updates if they prefer not to receive them.
RULES:
- To participate in the Collector’s Giveaway, entrants must agree to comply with the Official Rules and decisions made by Cosmic Inc. or Dennis Mathewson Art. By entering, participants also consent to receive promotional materials.
- Only one entry is allowed per collector for previous art purchases, while each household can submit a maximum of two entries. Use two different emails for two household entries. Duplicate entries will not be considered valid.
- All entries will be carefully verified for purchase authenticity before a winner is chosen. Prizes will be unframed and winners will be notified via email. Shipping within the US is included for prize winners, but international winners are responsible for shipping, insurance, and customs fees.
- International winners who do not pay the shipping fee will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected. Entries must be submitted via email by April 7, 2024 to be eligible.
WINNERS:
The winners will be chosen through a random drawing conducted by Dennis Mathewson. There are four categories for selection: Original Art, Limited Edition Prints, Open Prints & Website Merchandise, and Art Follower. Winners will receive notification via email by April 13, 2024 Failure to comply with terms of this contest will lead to disqualification, and a new winner will be chosen.
The DM prizes will not include frames. Prize winners will receive an email notification and the prizes will be shipped within the US only. For winners outside the US, they will be responsible for international shipping, insurance, and customs fees if applicable. International winners will receive an email and a PayPal invoice for the international shipping fees. If an international winner chooses not to pay the shipping fee, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be chosen.
